God's Story, Our Story - The Season of Lent The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 22. Lent is the 40 day season that prepares us for Good Friday and Easter Sunday. During this season of Lent we reflect on what it means to confess that God's Story is Our Story.
During the season of Lent you are invited to worship each weekend, and you are invited to add mid-week, Wednesday worship to your faith practice. Each weekend worship will center in the Word and Sacrament, with special attention to what it means to confess faith in God. Each Wednesday in worship special attention will be paid to specific parts of the Creeds of the Church. At the 6pm, Wednesday worship service a member of Zion will share part of their personal story of faith. Mid-week, Wednesday Lent worship will be at 12 noon, 6:00 pm or 7:15 pm. Lunch is served after the 12 noon service, and a light supper is served from 5:15-5:45 pm before the 6:00 pm service. God's Story is your story, come and hear how God loves you.

Central to Zion's life together is weekly worship. Worship on Saturday night is at 5 pm, and on Sunday morning worship is at 8, 9 or 11:10 am. Adult learning opportunities on Sunday meet at 9 or 10 am. Learning time for kids, confirmation and youth is at 10 am. All are welcome. God is here, for you.
