One of the most important elements of seminary education in preparing leaders for parish ministry is internship. Zion has had a rich history of mentoring interns in the past and for the next year will be overseeing Katie Weiland as she begins her internship year. The weekend of June 7 and 8, a Service of Beginning was held as we celebrated with Katie and installed her into her internship ministry here at Zion. We ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit for this new journey!
