Care Connection Mobile Unit

Taking prescribed or over-the-counter pain medication is effective in the short term. But it doesn’t address the root cause of your pain – it only masks it. Physical medicine gets to the source of your pain and works to correct it. Care Connections by Fulcrum Health is introducing physical medicine to the Twin Cities metro area, starting in Anoka County with a mobile clinic. Our team of chiropractors and health educators will be there to help you achieve real physical healing. Physical medicine is a medication-free, non-surgical, and effective way to manage pain, provided by trained professionals in their fields. Through our Care Connections mobile clinic, chiropractic services are available to help relieve chronic pain. The Care Connection Mobile Clinic is at Zion (in the main parking lot) every Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; walk-ins are welcome!
