About Bikes4Kids

Bikes4Kids is a 501c3 organization that was founded in 2012 in response to an idea to refurbish discarded bikes for kids at Christmas. Since that time, their volunteer force has grown to more than 50 dedicated individuals who work year-round to ensure that every person who needs a bike—for recreation or for necessity—can get a bike.

Bikes4Kids Impact

    • Over 1225 bikes repaired and redistributed to people in need in 2024.
    • Over 1500 bikes sent to partners in Africa.
    • Over 1000 bikes shared with local nonprofit partners for repair and redistribution.
